Originally from Vancouver, Washington, I joined the United States Marine Corps directly out of high school. During my career, I served worldwide as both an Enlisted Marine and Marine Officer. I love to travel, explore, and immerse myself in new cultures and I feel that people bond best through shared experiences.
Being outdoors is also one of my favorite pastimes. I love to hike, camp, and paddleboard. I believe an active lifestyle is part of being a happy and well-rounded person. Further, I love fine dining, cuisine, wine, and a well-crafted cocktail. Paired with great conversation and I am in my element.
Finally, I love my two German Shepherds, Liesel and Marta, who keep me on my toes!

To help people become better leaders. All too often, a leader is defined by his or her position. Unfortunately, many leaders lack the proper tools to lead. I want to provide tailorable leadership solutions because it is essential to a successful working relationship with your employees and for a thriving company culture.
Leaders need to be equipped to lead in highly competitive environments requiring swift, intelligent decision making. My mission is to develop the best leaders possible for a variety of challenges. A calm Captain makes for a calm crew!
Serving my Country for 22 years in the United States Marine Corps. It was a privilege to be part of an organization that taught me how to lead; to work well with diverse teams; how to be courageous in intimidating situations; and, most importantly, to take care of others ahead of self.
My ability to remain resilient under pressure. As an example, I purchased a home, completed the requirements to run an executive coaching franchise, and retired from the Marine Corps simultaneously.
I am a great listener, I’m compassionate, and I have a desire to make people better. These three things combined allow me to unlock the leadership potential within you to create a confidence others want to follow.
